Ruby dies on the day of her 25th wedding anniversary, leaving behind her husband William and her three children. Due to her untimely death, Ruby finds herself stuck in purgatory. Back on earth, William meets Catherine, a younger and more beautiful woman, Ruby is threatened that Catherine will take her place and comes back to earth to haunt Catherine.
